1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Agentix AI’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Agentix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Agentix AI is an enterprise knowledge platform that connects to tools your organization already uses and enables employees to ask questions in plain language with verifiable, source-linked answers.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Agentix to violate laws or third-party rights; attempt to bypass permission controls or access unauthorized data; reverse engineer or interfere with the platform; or upload malicious code or abuse the service.
5. Connected Tools & Customer Data
You retain ownership of data from your connected tools. You grant Agentix a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each data source.
6. Intellectual Property
Agentix AI, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Agentix and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as provided.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. You may cancel at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
