Agentix AI (“Agentix,” “we,” “us”) provides an enterprise knowledge platform that connects to your team’s existing tools and answers questions using your organization’s data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, and organization details when you register or request a demo. Connected tool data: When you connect integrations such as Slack, Notion, Jira, Google Drive, or GitHub, we index content you authorize us to access, subject to the permissions of each connected service. Usage data: Queries you submit, features you use, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the Agentix AI platform; answer questions across your connected sources with sourced responses; enforce permission-aware access controls; communicate about your account, security updates, and product changes; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Boundaries & Permissions
Agentix respects the permission models of connected tools. Shared sources are visible to users who already have access in the original service. Private sources connected through an individual’s account are never surfaced in another user’s answers. This boundary is enforced in our application code.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who assist in hosting, security, and operations under strict confidentiality agreements; authorities when required by law; and your organization as part of providing the service to your team.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Integration credentials are never stored in plaintext. We are GDPR compliant and working toward SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at privacy@agentix.ai to exercise these rights.
8. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

If you access Agentix from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
