Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication for Agentix Sources

We are excited to announce MFA for data sources, providing an additional layer of security before Agentix AI accesses sensitive repositories.

Enhanced Security for Enterprise Data

At Agentix AI, security is our top priority. Today, we are rolling out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for specific data sources. This means workspace administrators can now designate highly sensitive integrations—such as payroll databases in Workday or unreleased code repositories in GitHub—as requiring step-up authentication.

How It Works

When an employee asks Agentix AI a question that requires pulling data from an MFA-protected source, the platform will pause the query and prompt the user for secondary authentication via Okta, Duo, or standard TOTP apps. Once verified, the AI completes the task.

Why We Built It

Enterprises need the productivity boost of AI without compromising their zero-trust security postures. By adding MFA directly to the retrieval layer, we ensure that compromised devices cannot be used to scrape sensitive internal knowledge bases via natural language prompts.
